The Beyond Design Bike Tour (BDBT) is an eagerly anticipated annual fundraising and networking event run by by the Eppstein Uhen Tennessen Foundation centered around raising money for local charities. The event started 18 years ago to bring together their partners, clients, and friends for a weekday bike ride through scenic Wisconsin.
Each year, the BDBT raises funds through sponsorship and contributions to benefit the Foundation and local charities in each community EUA has an Office. Since its inception at the opening of the Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) Madison office, the BDBT has successfully raised over $1 million, supporting charitable causes in Colorado, Georgia, and Wisconsin.
This year, the annual fundraising dinner and charity auction will be hosted at the beautiful Chivaree on Park venue. Cyclists participating in the tour will pedal through picturesque country roads nestled between the vibrant cities of Madison and Milwaukee to raise funds for local Wisconsin charities.
The Charity Venue
Constructed in 1949, Chivaree on Park is a newly renovated event venue that has been elegantly redesigned with a stunning blend of industrial-glam decor elements, with nostalgic touches of the building’s historic past. The multi-level event hall provides two full bars and lounge areas, a grand ballroom with an iconic stage, and an elegant dining room. Complete with all-inclusive floral design, planning, food and beverage services. The versatile interior can accommodate up to 720 guests for board meetings, holiday parties, charity auctions, fundraisers and galas.
The venue’s location minutes from interstate 94 (I-94) centered between Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, makes the event hall a convenient destination for corporate events.
