New Years Eve will be charged as peak season Friday rental when it falls on a weekend. Week day rentals available by request. Please ask management for specific details. 1 1/2 hours of rehearsal time available for onsite weddings the morning of the event.
Special Event Packages
OUTDOOR CEREMONY FEE $550
Use of the park for your wedding ceremony with set up of chairs for 200 people. Also included in the use of our custom industrial arch decorated with tulle and fresh greenery. Includes 1 hour of rehearsal time the morning of the wedding
Floral
Many custom floral and decor items available from out sister company, Modern Bloom. Please ask to set up a personalized consultation in order to accommodate all special packages they must be purchased at least 60 days prior to the date of the event.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
At Chivaree on Park you have exclusive use of the entire multi-level event hall, including - two full bar and lounge areas, Dinning Room, and Grand Ballroom with iconic stage.
